Behavior Modification
As a canine behaviorist I specialize in behavior modification.
Any breed, size, gender, bite history, and or age-- ALL dogs are welcome at Evergreen K9.
The behaviors that would be considered "behavior Mod":
Human/ Dog Aggression
Reactivity to human/ dogs/ cars
Bolting
Nipping/ Biting
Resource Guarding
Fear Aggression

Service Dog
Psychiatric Service Dog Training
Passing though all of the obedience and manners listed in #1 I will also walk you through all of your PA (Public Access Training) and task work that is personalized to you and your dog as a team.
Tasks may include, but not limited to: DPT (Deep Pressure Therapy),
Interruption Tasks, Movement Tasks, Guide Tasks, Space Tasks.
I will also educate you on the ADA and Service Dog Handling.

How long does my program usually take?
Well, it depends. In most cases programs are sold in packages spanning from 5 weeks, 8 weeks, 16 weeks and 24 weeks (with the option to add on additional sessions and or fieldtrips).
With working with hundreds of families and dogs I've learned that there is a common pattern when it comes to training as a whole house hold unit.
Obedience/ manners training normally takes 5 or so sessions
Obedience/ manners with recall normally takes 8 or so sessions
Minor Behavior Modifications normally takes 8 or so sessions
Major Behavior Modifications normally takes 16 or so sessions
Service Dog training normally takes 24 or so sessions
And, like I mentioned above, these programs are 100% personalized and built to you and your dogs needs/ goals in mind. Consistency and practice is everything when training.
